David Otto

David M. Otto has been practicing law for over thirty-four years, focusing on corporate finance, securities, mergers/acquisitions, corporate governance, and capital markets matters. He received his B.A. from Harvard University in 1981 and his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 1987. He is the founding Managing Partner at Martin Davis, PLLC (“Martin Davis”), a boutique law firm based in Seattle, WA, a Founder and General Partner of CounterPointe Ventures (“CounterPointe”), a blockchain technology fund, and a Founder and Principal of CounterPointe Sports Group (“CSG”), a company dedicated to tokenizing interests in professional sports franchises. David is a leader in the effort to streamline the contractual and legal processes necessary to launch innovative blockchain technology projects, decentralized applications, and tokenized business models. He focuses on entity formation, transactional structure, token allocation, tokenomics, contracts and legal documentation, tokenization platforms, legal opinions and memoranda, analysis regarding token payment/utility/asset-backed functionality, and Federal and State regulatory compliance. David has also been instrumental in developing the recreational cannabis industry in the State of Washington since inception. In this regard, David has assisted cannabis businesses with (i) formation and strategic planning, (ii) securing capital, (iii) completing operational and financial plans, (iv) developing production and processing goals and (v) initiating, negotiating and resolving successfully numerous legal disputes on behalf of cannabis licensees. Finally, David is the chair of Lawyers Helping Hungry Children (LHHC), a non-profit organization, fighting childhood hunger and malnutrition through fundraising, advocacy and service. LHHC is a group of lawyers who believe that no child should ever experience hunger. 

Patrick Storchenegger

Patrick Storchenegger has been the owner of PST legal & consulting in Zug, Switzerland since 2014. His legal expertise covers tax advice (international and national tax law), mergers & acquisition and contract law in the fields of commodity trading, re-insurance, transportation, and aviation. In 2016, Patrick began helping start-ups in the blockchain space and is still active in many well-known projects today. In 2017 and 2018, he became part of the ICO hype, giving legal advice to companies, in particular helping with the financial regulation and tax issues, which included advisory meetings with FINMA and the Swiss Federal Tax Authority, paving the way for the acceptance and classification of coins/tokens. Thomas Gustinis

Born in Princeton, New Jersey, Thomas received his EMBA from London Business School and Columbia University (NYC), holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a technology enthusiast, entrepreneur and investor who has made a significant contribution to the financial and technology sectors where he holds several Board and Advisory positions. Thomas started his career at Ernst and Young in New York as an external auditor specializing in Financial Service Audits and worked as an internal auditor and a special projects controller for the CFO of Schroeders before joining UBS in 1998. During his 15 years at UBS, Thomas held the roles of Location Controller for Stamford and Zurich, Head of Global Reporting for the Investment Bank in London, COO of the Investment Bank Treasury Function and Global CFO of Group Treasury in Zurich before joining Trestle Group as a Managing Partner in 2013. His role required extensive knowledge of US, IFRS and Swiss GAAP including the operational implementation of complex accounting concepts. Thomas has over 10 years of experience as a serial entrepreneur and 25 years of experience in regulatory compliance, risk management and program and project management. He enjoys focusing his attention on interim CEO, COO and CFO roles and large-scale transformational initiatives, particularly those that leverage AI or Blockchain technologies. Nolan Bushnell

When Nolan Bushnell founded Atari in 1972, he created an industry and with it – the first blockbuster video game: Pong. Ever the visionary and always on the cusp of the next big thing, Nolan’s design credo – Games should be easy to learn and hard to master – inspires a new generation of Developers. Nolan is a serial entrepreneur now focused almost solely on blockchain and game industry projects. As a businessman and electrical engineer, he also created and built the Chuck E. Cheese’s Pizza Time Theatre chain. Nolan deFouw

Nolan was involved in the founding of Moxy.io and is currently the VP of Platform Ecosystems and Partnerships. He is responsible for forming and maintaining relationships with partner companies, some of which are in Hong Kong where he often travels to. Nolan has grown up as a gamer and has played League of Legends and Counter Strike for over 10 years. He founded and previously operated a popular League of Legends community marketplace, where he worked with many of the most popular League of Legends streamers, content creators, and players.
